Çaresizliğin Tanımı : Çaresizlik, olumlu bir çözüme sahip olmama duygusudur. Mevcut koşullar karşısında iflas hissidir. Bir çıkış yolu bulamama, yetersizlik, yetkin olamama durumudur. Çoğu zaman bu duyguyu hissederiz ve güçsüz hissederiz. Umutsuzluğa benzer bir duygu. Umut beklentilerle ilgili olsa da, çaresizlik can sıkıntısı ve terk edilmeyle ilgilidir. Hepimiz birçok kez çaresizdik. En azından bebeklik döneminde çözüme ulaşamayınca ağladığımızı düşünürsek bu duyguya bağımlı olduğumuzu söyleyebiliriz.

Her soruna bir çözüm olduğu gibi, bir soruna farklı çözümler ve farklı çözümlerin benzer uygulama alanları da olabilir. Çaresizliğin sebebi nedir? Büyük ihtimalle kendimize güvenmediğimiz içindir.    İnsan öyle bir varlık ki bazen yüksek  bir uçurum kenarına çıkıp bağırmak istiyor. Elinden hiçbir şey gelmiyor. Bir insanı eleştirebilirsiniz , hakkında konuşabilirsiniz ama asla küçük düşüremezsiniz bu hem o insan için çaresiz olduğunun bir belirtisidir . Hem de o insan için çok olmasa bile uzun vadeli umutsuzluğu tetikler ve yol açar .

Siz siz olun asla kimseye umutsuzluğu ve olmazları empoze etmeye çalışmayın .

Videoda görmüş olduğunuz üzere Almanya’da 3 yıl içerisinde ( Ekmek , Et , Süt , Tavuk , Balık , Yumurta vb. ) temel gıda ürünlerine % 5 -6 oranında gıda enflasyonu artmış . Peki bu artışın temel sebebi nedir ? uzmanların araştırmasına göre ;

Covid-19 ve geçtiğimiz günlerde başlayan Rusya – Ukrayna savaşı tedarik zincirinin kırılmasını , hammadde ve pazar arayışını tetikledi .  Salgın ve savaş öncesi 135 € ile 100 litrelik deposu olan bir aracın deposu dolarken günümüzde  196-204 € fiyat aralığında aracının 100 litrelik deposu dolduruluyor . Sonuç olarak benzin ve petrol fiyatları tüm Dünya’da olduğu gibi %50’nin üzerinde artış göstermiş.      

Sonuç olarak Almanya’da temel gıda alışverişinde çoğu üründe indirim ve zam olarak 3 yıl içerisinde 3 € farkı olan bir fiyat değişimi olmuş oluyor .

Bugün sizlere Almanya’da olan gıda enflasyonu ve salgın , savaş sebebi ile artan fiyatları paylaştım tekrardan esenlikle kalın .
